moderate climb along the scenic route to Ecce Homo crossroads, moderate descent to Odpolední Path as far as Slovenská Street, there to the left back to tennis courts – bus stop Karlovy Vary-Bøezová. Tennis – The first mention of tennis in Karlovy Vary dates back to 1897, when a tar court used especially by officers was built in the location of the current Spa VI building. In 1905, they started to build the tennis courts in the Geyser Park, the building technology being borrowed from England. Between 1907 and 1908 the club background facilities were also built and in that way the best-equipped tennis club in Central Europe at that time was established.
