After selecting hotel accommodation at our website, you confirm your order by clicking on the Pay button. You will be redirected to our processing bank Česka Spořitelna a.s., which will ask you to enter your card details: card number, expiration date and validation code CVV2/CVC2 (three-digit code printed on the signature panel on the back side of your card). This code helps to validate you as a legitimate cardholder and increases commitment to protect customer from fraud.
Česka Spořitelna a.s. is the only entity processing your card details and guarantees encrypted data transmission. Prague Hotel Service receives only the result of authorization and instructions about how to further process the transaction. This method prevents misusage of your card by the subject who sells goods as well as the free transmission of unsecured data in public computer net. You will be informed about the result of transaction via email and contacted by Prague Hotel Service within 24 hours.
Kindly note that no funds are withdrawn from your bank account until Prague Hotel Service confirms your booking in writing!
